Key Responsibilities:
• Operate raking equipment to distribute and level paving materials with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure that proper grades and slopes are maintained throughout the project, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure project timelines are met, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on raking equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Assist with other paving-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced construction setting.
Requirements:
• Raking Asphalt experience is considered an asset, but not required.
• Previous experience working on asphalt and concrete paving projects, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to operate raking equipment and other paving-related tools and machinery, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and early starts when necessary.
