As a Creative Copy Director, you will be part of a dedicated team crafting compelling narratives for a leading financial technology client. Your role will involve collaborating with account managers, designers, and other creative professionals to produce digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, striving to exceed expectations and explore new creative possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality content from concept to completion across various digital platforms, including email and web.
  • Provide innovative solutions to creative challenges and act as a resource for the team.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, leading presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand and product offerings deeply.
  • Guide and mentor a team of senior copywriters.
  • Champion strategic ideas that align with client branding and messaging, tailored for specific audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Designers and Creative Leads to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Maintain a focus on detail, quality, and deadlines.
  • Consistently produce exceptional creative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Promote our organizational culture and values.

About You

The Essentials:

  • At least 7 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting, with a focus on B2C and/or B2B communications. Experience with technology brands is preferred, particularly in the FinTech sector.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility and meticulous attention to detail, especially in email and digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to adhere to brand guidelines while producing original and high-quality work.
  • Expertise in crafting engaging headlines and clear, concise copy.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies, including targeting and personalization.
  • Resourcefulness in distilling complex information into clear messaging strategies.
  • Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Slides) and some design tools (e.g., FIGMA).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve creative challenges.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting work to clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with clients, including presenting and collaborating on projects.
