Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to maintain profitability.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, or management).
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
