Product Manager

Wattpad is a global entertainment company that aims to entertain and connect the world through stories. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Monetization & Platform team, responsible for supporting business models on Wattpad, including programmatic ads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. As a PM, you'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create, evolve, and maintain multiple ad and premium products.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with a multi-functional team to develop and maintain multiple ad and premium products
- Contribute to the product roadmap for the track
- Be responsible for hitting goals in line with the company strategy
- Facilitate a strong product discovery process to understand user, partner, and stakeholder needs
- Work closely with engineering teams to define, implement, and iterate on solutions
- Seek to deeply understand how readers engage with our business models while consuming stories
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure a cohesive and integrated product experience
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience as a product manager
- Experience and understanding of technology systems
- Strong product instincts and ability to get from user pain points to underlying problems
- Passion for the power of storytelling
