We are seeking a dedicated Operations Team Supervisor in the Empress district, who will play a crucial role in maintaining the safe and efficient functioning of our gas processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to operational compliance with regulatory standards
  • Exhibiting expertise in operational functions
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Engaging in change management processes
  • Overseeing shift power engineering duties
  • Managing operational and maintenance budgets
  • Supervising recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules
  • Guaranteeing compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory mandates
  • Supporting facility maintenance and upgrades
  • Enhancing client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the management team
  • Effectively communicating critical decisions to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in oil and gas operations
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Lead Operator
  • Possession of a valid 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and capable of independent work
  • Understanding of market opportunities
  • Clean criminal record and satisfactory references
  • Compliance with drug and alcohol policies
  • Adherence to clean-shaven requirements for emergency PPE
