Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance business partners to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with executives and operational leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance
