Work is conducted in a hotel setting, where the focus is on delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change linens.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet.
  • Sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in elevators and other common areas.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies.
  • Provide basic information about hotel facilities.
  • Remove debris and empty waste containers.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers.
