Food Service Manager

KATI THAI KITCHEN is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our kitchen operations.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with hot temperatures.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
