Educational Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
  • Evaluate the needs of the organization to formulate specifications for necessary purchases.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Consult with vendors to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Analyze and review supplier quotations.
  • Establish and define contract terms and conditions.
  • Allocate contracts to suitable vendors.
  • Set delivery timelines and monitor adherence to these schedules.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve any issues.
