Job Title: Glass Installer

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer to join our team at Disher Construction Ltd (BC1077745). As a Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, including windows, doors, and mirrors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each project
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
