Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Quesnel Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards of presentation.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
Our bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to produce high-quality baked goods. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet our high standards.
