Executive Vice President of Financial and Business Services

Moe Pinty Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial, Communications, and Other Business Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, as well as developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the organization's resources.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial planning.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them to ensure the effective management of the organization.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior financial or administrative role, with a proven track record of success in financial management and business strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
