EDI is currently looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively overseeing project tasks and ensuring that the team receives the necessary support to operate efficiently.
- Assist the Project Management team throughout all project phases.
- Initiate project setup and aid in the development of budgets and project teams.
- Support monthly project reporting, invoicing, and cost estimation as required.
- Coordinate logistical needs for the project team, including travel and equipment arrangements.
- Facilitate the preparation and distribution of project deliverables.
- Regularly update Project Managers on project progress (deliverables and budget) while identifying potential challenges and solutions.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control as necessary.
- Manage information internally and with other EDI branch locations and organizations.
- Perform project administrative duties as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Effectively manage a substantial workload and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College diploma or University degree in environmental science or a business-related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles; PMP certification would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with time and billing software or ERP systems.
