Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading capital projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and organize project teams towards a common goal
  • Establish levels of authority and lines of communication
  • Report on project status through progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Chair project and site meetings
  • Manage change, communicate, and coordinate between multiple partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of capital project experience
  • University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management (or equivalent)
  • Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and experience working in a PMO environment
  • Familiarity with building codes, contracts, and regulations, construction administration, and ethics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working respectfully in cross-cultural settings, including building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities
  • Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively with Local Governments and First Nations
