In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks designed to enhance the well-being and comfort of those in our care.
Your Responsibilities:- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver non-direct patient care services.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Assist with mealtime routines and household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
- Greet visitors and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform essential job duties comfortably.
- Familiarity with relevant equipment and procedures.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
