The Operations Supervisor will manage the daily activities of the body shop, leading the production team in Collision Repair and Painting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehending auto body repair and finishing specifications
  • Evaluating technician capabilities and delegating tasks appropriately
  • Inspiring and guiding the team
  • Coordinating with Customer Service Representatives and Shop Management on staffing and scheduling
  • Ensuring quality assurance for all repairs
  • Assisting the repair planner and other managerial duties

Role Overview:

  • Maintain ethical business practices and professional conduct
  • Monitor vehicle progress for timely updates to customers
  • Supervise technician productivity, parts procurement, and job completion
  • Uphold quality control standards
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in auto body work
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

License/Certification:

  • Red Seal certification (preferred)

Relocation:

Relocation may be necessary for this position.
