Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bioanalytical Director to join our growing team. As a key member of our bioanalytical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing bioanalytical strategies to support preclinical and clinical development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Bioanalytical Strategies: Design, develop, and implement bioanalytical methods to evaluate PK, PD, metabolites, biomarkers, and immunogenicity.
- Provide Scientific and Technical Oversight: Lead the development of bioanalytical assays, methods, and protocols, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Lead the Bioanalytical Team: Manage and develop the skills of team members, and plan for resourcing needs to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Evaluate and Review Data: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data, and review protocols and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Author Regulatory Filings and Manuscripts: Contribute to the preparation of regulatory filings and manuscripts, and present data to cross-functional teams.
- PhD in Cell and/or Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related disciplines with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of graduate education and industry experience.
- Advanced knowledge and technical hands-on experience in bioanalytical and biomarker assays, cell-based assays, ELISA/MSD, ADA, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, and manage concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
