We are currently seeking an Automation Testing professional to join our team.
Position Overview
We are in search of a software engineer specializing in testing who takes pride in crafting high-quality software solutions. Your role will be pivotal in executing client validations on next-generation healthcare platforms through both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in creating and modifying complex SQL queries.
- Experience in writing and debugging code in Java/Spring.
- Familiarity with API automation tools such as Rest Assured and Postman.
- Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Cucumber.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex details into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and maintain automated testing assets.
- Adhere to software engineering best practices and standards.
- Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Apply Test Driven Design (TDD) principles to test and debug automated solutions and custom tools.
- Understand testing requirements and design effective test scripts for various products.
- Participate in requirement and design walkthroughs with Business Analysts and Developers.
- Execute test cases as part of functional and regression testing processes.
Value Proposition
- Engage in requirement review meetings and develop clear automation validation scripts based on complex business requirements.
- Maintain client-level validations and support project teams in implementing automated validations using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Conduct manual validations and troubleshoot issues on new benefits platforms.
