About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Industrial Specialist to join our team at Molded Precision Components. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, and repair or replace defective machinery parts.
  • Equipment Installation: Install machinery and equipment, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment as needed.
  • Coaching and Training: Coach and instruct apprentices in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular overtime required. The role will involve standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a physically demanding environment.
