Job Title: Millwright Industrial

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Industrial to join our team at MPC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and instruct apprentices in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts as needed
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment as required
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
