Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Direct and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain these standards.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective way.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Work Schedules and Planning

Establish work schedules and plans to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that staff are able to meet the demands of the restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.

Language

English language proficiency.
