We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Sumeet Sahni. As a Family Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive a balanced diet that meets their nutritional needs.
Work Environment

As a Family Caregiver Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and will be required to travel to different locations. You will be working independently, but will have the support of our team at Sumeet Sahni.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
