About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at DHI Transport Ltd. as a strategic leader who can drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Manage and control financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and development
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and management skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
    • Strong business development and partnership skills
