Job Description:
In the role of Lead Production Supervisor at Raytheon Technologies, you will oversee and guide production teams within the Engine Operations sector. Your responsibilities will encompass managing daily activities, spearheading continuous enhancement projects, enforcing standardized operational practices, and ensuring that performance metrics are consistently achieved.
