Job Overview

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our Critical Response Team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, and responding to critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular foot patrols to monitor and secure facilities
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Be comfortable standing or being outdoors for long periods of time
  • Hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain one
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Be interested in working in a fast-paced environment and traveling throughout the region
  • Have prior experience and a valid security license, which is considered an asset
