About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at Rana Landscapers Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and maintaining gardens and lawns.
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure stability and safety.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas to a high standard.
  • Remove litter and garbage from work sites to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lay sod or seed to repair damaged areas and promote healthy growth.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our landscapes.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners.
  • Assist with tree removal and other tasks as required.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Labourer, you will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties. You will be exposed to wet and damp conditions, as well as noisy environments. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing weather conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
