Job Title: Security Officer

Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.

Work Environment: Various locations are available for employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate detailed reports on security activities.
  • Enforce safety regulations and mediate conflicts.
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
  • Perform thorough security inspections.
  • Prevent and identify instances of theft.

Licenses and Certifications: A valid Security Guard License is mandatory.

Support Initiatives:

  • Awareness training for a supportive workplace for individuals with disabilities.
  • Recruitment and assistance programs for newcomers and refugees.
  • Customized on-the-job training for youth.
  • Awareness training for a welcoming environment for veterans.
  • Facilitation of support access from Elders for Indigenous individuals.
  • Training programs to create a welcoming environment for mature workers.
  • Implementation of hiring policies to promote inclusivity for visible minorities.

Employment Type: This position is permanent.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Work Schedule: The expected working hours range from 35 to 40 hours per week.
