Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets. This includes patrolling assigned areas, enforcing regulations, and preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets.
  • Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts.
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
  • Perform security checks of passengers and luggage.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring of newcomers and refugees.
  • Participate in diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
