About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc. as a key member of our sales and customer experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties

Effectively allocate sales team members to various duties to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Hire and Train Sales Team Members

Recruit, hire, and train sales team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

Authorize Payments and Manage Finances

Authorize payments by cheque and manage finances to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal sales performance.

Prepare Sales Reports

Compile and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Resolve Customer Issues

Effectively resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Supervise and Coordinate Sales Team Activities

Supervise and coordinate sales team activities to ensure seamless sales operations and customer service.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess sales team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is required.
