Effectively allocate sales team members to various duties to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Hire and Train Sales Team MembersRecruit, hire, and train sales team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Authorize Payments and Manage FinancesAuthorize payments by cheque and manage finances to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal sales performance.
Prepare Sales ReportsCompile and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Resolve Customer IssuesEffectively resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise and Coordinate Sales Team ActivitiesSupervise and coordinate sales team activities to ensure seamless sales operations and customer service.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews to assess sales team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is required.
