Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making the most of our resources.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain high standards of customer service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform kitchen operations and improve performance.

Support Team Members

Provide support and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor who can lead our team to achieve exceptional results. You will have a strong background in kitchen operations, with experience in supervising and coordinating staff, managing inventory and supplies, and preparing budgets and cost estimates.

You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You will also be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
