We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day. You will also be responsible for developing and empowering your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front-end operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store operations and increase efficiency.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
