Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial reports for designated plants, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Post monthly journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct costing duties, including work order review and close, and maintain standard costs in Oracle.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Investigate variances and prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
