We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Product Development to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our products and services, driving innovation and growth, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that products meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation plans
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities and risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and knowledge management systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture
