Job Title: Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients et de garantir la sécurité des biens de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
  • Fournir un service client exceptionnel et soutenir les clients internes et externes.
  • Répondre aux alarmes du portier et effectuer des contrôles de réception comme nécessaire.
  • Évaluer les dangers de sécurité (par exemple, les dégâts, les sols humides, etc.) et prendre les mesures appropriées pour garantir la sécurité des clients.
  • Escalader les situations de crise ou d'urgence de manière opportune.
  • Consolider et soumettre les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches requises.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail.
  • Capacité à nouer des partenariats avec les équipes de magasin.
  • Compétences en matière de service client exceptionnel avec un talent pour bâtir des relations.
  • Comportement professionnel, amical et accessible.
  • Capacité à rester calme dans des situations de tension élevée.
  • Capacité à marcher ou à rester debout dans la même position pendant de longues périodes.
  • Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres.
  • Titulaire d'un certificat de premiers soins et de réanimation est un atout.
