About the Role:

As a Store Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to drive profitable sales and create a positive shopping experience for our customers. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all operational activities within your store, including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee merchandising, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Manage front-end operations, including cash handling and customer service
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Schedule and manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Completion of secondary school
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
