Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing clients, leveraging adult learning principles and interactive training sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and up-to-date training materials, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and training for advisor transitions, ensuring a seamless transfer of accounts and business to our platform.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement best practices, enhancing customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business models, and effectively representing Fidelity Canada's Product Solutions team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in client account management or training within the financial services industry, preferably in the brokerage/carrying/custodian sector.
  • Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Enrolment or completion of a certificate in adult education is an asset.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion is required.
