Position Overview

The Bucket Shop Inc is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our dedicated maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The position involves working in a maintenance setting where attention to detail and physical stamina are crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve machinery irregularities and malfunctions
  • Construct foundational supports for equipment
  • Repair or replace faulty components
  • Fabricate necessary parts during maintenance or setup
  • Estimate required materials and costs
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
  • Operate machining tools for part fabrication
  • Program and manage programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Install machinery and equipment
  • Utilize hoisting and lifting equipment
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, and technical drawings
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with electrical and electronic controls is essential.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be required for this position.
