About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Health and Benefits Lead Analytical Associate. As a key member of our client team, you will provide financial and technical expertise to support the design, financing, and measurement of employer group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client complexities across various segments, including financial engagements and analyst resource management.
  • Apply expertise in benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts, as well as carrier and vendor renewals and RFPs.
  • Contribute to multiple employer client teams, supporting financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables.
  • Provide guidance to mid-sized clients on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies.
  • Review technical accuracy on various client projects and develop pricing models, design alternatives, and ensure reasonability.
  • Communicate financial and analytic results to drive client action and partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to deliver superior project management and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
