Job Title: Tailor

We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team at Jassal Tailors & Boutique LTD.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications. This will involve fitting, altering, and repairing garments as required, as well as laying out, cutting, sewing, and pressing materials to make hats and other garments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to select and modify commercial patterns to customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit, and design patterns to fit measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications
  • Fitting, altering, and repairing garments as required
  • Laying out, cutting, sewing, and pressing materials to make hats and other garments
  • Selecting and modifying commercial patterns to customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit
  • Designing patterns to fit measurements
