About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make made-to-measure garments using commercial patterns and customer specifications
  • Fit, alter, and repair garments as required to ensure a perfect fit
  • Lay out, cut, sew, and press materials to create hats and other accessories
  • Design and create custom patterns to fit customers' measurements
  • Operate sewing machines and sew by hand to produce high-quality garments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tailoring or a related field
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work with a variety of fabrics
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching
