Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Application Architect, engaging in project-based and client-facing service initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a certification in Information Technology from an accredited institution. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 10 years in Information Management/Information Technology, with at least 8 years focused on solution design and modeling.
  • A remarkable portfolio showcasing impactful architectural leadership and a deep understanding of application architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with various technology and solution platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with firewalls, networks, servers, integration, security certificates, etc., is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM/CXM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Qualtrics, and/or Oracle is a plus.
  • Experience in leading collaborative teams, closely partnering with key stakeholders to define use cases and requirements, and working directly with developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and QA in the design, development, and implementation of both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Custom solutions.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience in the public sector is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, teaching, and coaching abilities.
  • A service-oriented mindset is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define solution architectures and frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver architectural documentation.
  • Analyze and assess alternative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Lead the planning and execution of solution/application implementations, including the creation and execution of detailed architectural design plans.
  • Actively engage in product development sprints, design workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
