We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Bradel Properties Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Job Summary:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting exit interviews.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
