Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team at ENOCH WEALTH INC.. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for employee compensation.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Keep detailed financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • General Ledger Oversight: Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries accurately to reflect financial transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare trial balances of books to ensure accuracy.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
