Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Realstar. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential rental buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • **Minor Repairs**: Perform minor maintenance repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • **Pre-Arrival Preparation**: Prepare apartments for new residents, including cleaning and ensuring all amenities are in working order.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Leasing and On-Call**: Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • **Cleaning Experience**: Previous experience in cleaning and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
  • **Maintenance Skills**: Basic maintenance skills, including the ability to perform minor repairs.
  • **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and potential residents.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • **Flexibility**: Ability to work some evening and weekends, as required.
