Key ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth by collaborating with the store team, sales representatives, and regional management.
- Encourage a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Assist in recruiting and training team members, keeping them motivated, and ensuring their well-being.
- Oversee the store budget and implement strategies to continually enhance financial performance.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) sector or retail operations, including at least 3 years in a management role with financial accountability.
- A college diploma or degree in business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
