Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth by collaborating with the store team, sales representatives, and regional management.
  • Encourage a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Assist in recruiting and training team members, keeping them motivated, and ensuring their well-being.
  • Oversee the store budget and implement strategies to continually enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) sector or retail operations, including at least 3 years in a management role with financial accountability.
  • A college diploma or degree in business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
