Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we offer training for all new hires.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer for eligible candidates.
  • Willingness to relocate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently operate the cash register.
  • Process various forms of payment including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Scan items accurately for sales transactions.
  • Receive payments for goods and services rendered.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and stock shelves as needed.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers.
  • Package merchandise appropriately for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring proof of payment is requested when necessary.
