Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our global purchasing and procurement function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for our Facilities Management (FM) category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve total cost of ownership and supplier relationship management goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to procurement challenges.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and FM category management.

Requirements:

  • Category experience within Facilities Management (FM)
  • Experience running RFI's/RFP's and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the process
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to manage concurrent programmes of work
