Job Summary:

Docbraces is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Waterloo, ON. As an Orthodontic Hygiene Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our state-of-the-art clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care and support, building strong relationships with each patient.
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene treatments, ensuring optimal oral health for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our Orthodontic team to provide comprehensive care and education to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and examination notes, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in orthodontic hygiene.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, preferably in an orthodontic setting.
  • Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
  • Registration and/or licensure by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within the province, in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
