Position Overview:As a Culinary Supervisor at Talents LGS, you will be instrumental in assisting the Executive Chef with the strategic planning, preparation, and presentation of exquisite dishes.
Your responsibilities will include managing kitchen operations, leading a team of culinary professionals, and participating in the development of menus that highlight both local and global flavors.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design and implement creative and high-quality menus.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Mentor and train kitchen team members, promoting a supportive and cooperative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a well-organized and hygienic kitchen.
- Assist with inventory control, procurement of supplies, and management of food costs.
- Monitor and uphold quality and presentation standards for all culinary creations.
- Demonstrated experience as a Culinary Supervisor or in a comparable role within a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations.
- A creative mindset and passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
