We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Internal Audit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our control and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver independent, objective assurance and consulting engagements to add value and improve our processes and operations.
  • Assist the organization in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving our control and governance processes.
  • Work with all regions and corporate functions to identify areas for Audit that will minimize Enterprise Risk, improve business operations, and test controls.
  • Lead the Internal Audit team and align the value proposition of internal auditing with stakeholder expectations and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing an Internal Audit function in a large complex organization.
  • Global company experience and a proven track record of success in internal auditing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
